Closed-toe shoes, gloves, and hand wraps are required to take class.

Personal equipment is to not be used in classes. Only DOPE equipment is allowed in classes following our format and instruction from our trained coaches.

Class Cancellation Policy - One of the great things about our studio is you can plan ahead and reserve your class of choice. If your plans change (or you think your plans may change) you will need to cancel class so others are able to make a reservation. All fighters have a 12 hour cancellation window. Reservations not cancelled 12 hours prior to class result in a lost class credit (for our 4 or 8 class / month members) or a $10 charge (for our unlimited members).

Waitlist - If a class is currently full, we encourage you to join the waitlist. As soon as a spot becomes available, you'll be emailed that you have been added to the class. More often than not, a spot does open up! If you add your name to the waitlist and cannot attend class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist if you do not want to take the chance of getting a spot in class. If you make it through the waitlist and get a spot, you will be charged for that class if you do not attend or if you cancel under 12 hours prior to class.

Please Arrive to Class No Later than 5 minutes Prior to Class Start Time - Not only does that give you time to get wrapped, but it also makes sure that we won't give your spot away to another fighter. Should you arrive 5 minutes after class has started, regrettably we are unable to allow you into the class. Entering the class while class has already begun poses a safety risk and is a distraction for everyone already in class.

No Show Fee - All fighters will be assessed a $20 no show fee if you do not cancel your reservation or attend class.

Membership Cancellation — All of our memberships require a two month minimum commitment, and are month-to-month after that. We require notice 30 days before your renewal date and cancellations must be processed in person with a member of Dope’s management team. Email DOPE@dopeboxing.com to schedule time.

Membership CHANGES — We’re happy to switch any membership of your choosing! If you like to make a change, send your written notice to dope@dopeboxing.com. For any DOWNGRADE on memberships we require a 30 day notice sent to dope@dopeboxing.com before your next billing cycle. If you would like to UPGRADE a membership, you can start immediately to be able to get into your classes more.

Class Rollover— We’re thrilled to announce that unused classes for monthly members rollover to the next month. Pleasesend written notice that you’d like your classes rolled over to dope@dopeboxing.com as our system does not automatically do it for you.

Membership Freeze Policy — we'll freeze a membership for free for a medical reason or military deployment (just need documentation for either reason). For any other kind of freeze, we'll pause a membership for 1, 2 or 3 months at a cost of 25% of the normal membership price.

Membership Late Payment Fee — If your monthly membership fee is late for any reason, you will be charged a $30 late payment fee in addition to the monthly membership fee.

refund policy — classes and membership packages are non-refundable.  No exceptions.

Phone App — Please download the DOPE Boxing phone app. It is the fastest and easiest way to make, change or cancel class reservations. Please know that while the studio is always staffed, the easiest way to cancel out of a class is through the DOPE app!

FIGHT CLUB — Introducing our Milestone Wall where we don’t celebrate the # of classes you’ve taken, we celebrate the # of PUNCHES you’ve thrown. Cause consistency is and y’all have been throwing some HANDS baby!! We’re celebrating 75,000 hands thrown, then 150k, then 250k, 500k and the final is ONE MILLION PUNCHES thrown! Your DOPE DEALER will tell you when you’re about to hit your milestone and after that class you’ll be invited to SIGN THE GLOVES that correspond to your milestone — plus you’ll earn some *exclusive* DOPE Fight Club merch that literally only you and other club members will have.

We only accept credit card. No cash, checks, or any other form of payment will be accepted.

There are no exceptions to these policies. If you are found not adhering to our policies your membership will be terminated, and no refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance!
