BOom classes are Dope’s large group, heavy bag focused workouts. 28 people max, 1 coach, badass vibes. here’s the structure so you know what to expect:

  • Introduction: Walk through of the Stance & 6 punches

  • Round 1: Warm-up

  • 30 second break (gloves on)

  • Round 2: Bag - punches - technique

  • 30 second break

  • Round 3: Bag - punches - technique

  • 30 second break

  • Round 4: Bag - DOPE Flow

  • 30 second break

  • Round 5: Conditioning

  • 30 second break

  • Round 6: Conditioning

  • 30 second  break

  • Round 7: Bag - Combo

  • 30 second break

  • Round 8: Bag - Combo

  • 30 second break

  • Round 9: Conditioning

  • 30 second break

  • Round 10: Conditioning

  • 30 second break (Gloves on)

  • Round 11: Bag Combo & Dope Flow

  • 30 second break

  • Round 12: Freestyle Burnout

  • Cool Down/ Stretch
